The 25th biennial congress of the Southern African Society for Quaternary Research was held at the Wits Rural Facility near Hoedspruit from 30 August to 4 September 2026, under the theme “Southern African Quaternary Climates, Ecosystems and People: Perspectives from the Lowveld”.
